customer base seeks a professional IT/Computer Tech, Technical Writer, C++ Programmer,
Technical Customer Support Representative, and Hardware
and Software Quality Assurance personnel.
QA Tester/Analyst - Will be responsible for testing and supporting
software and hardware solutions in Local Test Center.
Experience a plus in specific areas of operation, such as Linux OS,
Mainframe ZOS, ZVM and VSE.
Certifications and or Experience:
Linix CentOS and Red Hat
Regression Unit Testing
Individual should be self-motivated, Security Conscious, have
Hardware Experience, Mainframe/Datacenter experience, Tape Systems
Duties include creation and management of required business and
system documents in adherence to appropriate standards during
business or technical writing processes and projects. These
documents could include procedures, user manuals, system operation,
recovery instructions, project proposals, presentations, and system
design documents. Duties also include participation in system design
sessions; proofreading and editing of prepared documents; research,
assimilation, interpretation, formatting and publishing of
information on various tools, systems and materials; the ability to
use ingenuity and creative thinking during the preparation of needed
documents in an organized, consistent, professional manner; while
remaining current in system development methodologies and while
remaining compliant with regulations concerning the development of
systems and system documents. Requirements include: Technical
writing and end-user documentation experience, user manuals and
on-line help experience. Required Skills: MS Office with an emphasis
on Word, Superior writing skills and excellent communication skills.
10+ years of experience desired with the ability to work under high
stress situations and the ability to build effective working
The qualified candidate
must be able to work as part of a software development
team. Must have Solaris, C++, Java, Linux, and Windows
experience. Strong end-user support skills
The qualified candidate must have high-level
communication skills with a client-oriented attitude,
help desk experience a plus. Experience with Intel, Sun,
and Mac hardware desired. Experience in Solaris, Windows,
Linux, and MAC OS X, operating systems desired, and
mainframe knowledge a plus. Desirable certifications
include CompTIA A+ and CompTIA Network+. Strong end-user
support skills required.
Hardware and Software
include designing, implementing, maintaining, and running
test plans against existing Solaris, Windows, Linux, and
MAC based hardware and software products. Bash and
Windows scripting experience a plus. Strong end-user
support skills required.
