SecureAgent supports System Access and Auditing through three tools:

IDG 9074 - The IDG 9074 Secure Communications Controller replaces IBM 3174, 2074, and OSAICC cards. The IDG 9074 is a hardware control unit supporting FICON connectivity to the mainframe host and providing encrypted end to end console support. This includes support of SNA, Non-SNA and DFT terminals. The IDG 9074 offers security for vastly more efficient LPAR, system and subsystem console management. With the IDG 9074 you can add operating systems, LPARs and additional subsystems, quickly and easily. The IDG 9074 provides total freedom for users, regardless of the physical location of various systems. Security is complete, with both data encryption and user authentication. Your organizations security administrator controls all security, from a central point.

SecureTN3270 - The SecureTN3270 clients provide secure, remote, encrypted mainframe consoles. They enable users to securely access mainframe systems remotely over any TCP/IP TELNET connection. Unlike commonly used TN3270 clients, the SecureAgent SecureTN3270 client provides advanced logon controls and end-to-end data encryption.

SuperVision - SuperVision is an Enterprise Console Management and Console Automation tool. It provides six functional components:

Console Consolidation – SuperVision provides the ability to consolidate multiple system consoles into one or several consolidated, merged message screens. Operators utilize these consolidated screens to manage multiple remote and local systems efficiently and cost-effectively.

Secure Remote Access – SuperVision provides full-functionality secure remote console access from remote locations into the consolidated consoles with log-on controls, end-to-end encryption and full auditing.

Automation – SuperVision utilizes a REXX interpreter to provide intelligent monitoring and automation of console messages and predictive responses to thousands of system conditions. The automation is outboard from the host and need not interfere with existing onboard host-side automation. The automation can replace ANY operator response from IPL to on-going routine operations.

System Auditing – SuperVision records every system message and operator response between host sessions and every remote console session. Every keystroke is recorded and is linked to a User ID, IP address, and time stamp providing an immutable log of all system activity beginning at IPL even in the absence of syslog. Logs are protected, permanent, and available for remote inspection and review. Unusual log entry can be automatically identified and used to generate alerts.

Instant Replay – Instant Replay provides screen-by-screen playback of console activity to view the outboard event logs that led to any system condition or failure. This functionality significantly reduces troubleshooting time and effort. In the absence of Instant Replay during IPL, system administrators may not be able to locate the point of failure.
