Virtual Tape Checker^tm

The Checker continually ensures that virtual tape images have actually been mirrored. In the event of a problem with the network or a disk array, the Checker will determine what is missing, and will have the Data Mover copy the missing images, or the entire disk array, locally or remotely. The Virtual Tape Checker is an integral part of the IDG 9485^®.
