Boxer Property's ten story Manhattan Building at 111 W. 5th (the northwest corner of 5th and Boulder) has changed its name to SecureAgent Software Building announced Doug Pack, Regional Director of Boxer Property. The name change is effective today – signage will change in a few months.
The building is 70% occupied with businesses such as Goldies, Local America Bank of Tulsa, Boyd & Nichols Law Firm, Gassaway & Love Law Firm, Broker Transaction Services, A Dames & Moore Group Company, the Manhattan Law Firm, Howell & Vancuren to name a few. "Due to the rapid expansion of SecureAgent Software and our growing relationship, the two companies have come together in the renaming of the building," said Pack. | SecureAgent Software is owned by R. Brent Johnson and now occupies three floors of the building. "We moved into this new location last January and have continued to grow. We are very happy with our new location and our new building," remarked Johnson. "It's a very good place for us to be." Boxer has six other buildings located within the central downtown business district which are easily recognizable with their familiar black and yellow signs 583-RENT.
